Willie Loomis - In Comic Book Form

"Well that's me, but it don't look like me!"

From 1969 to 1974, Gold Key published 35 issues of Dark Shadows comics. Willie appears only in issue #1, which was apparently during his brief run as a redhead, as you can see from the following scans stolen borrowed from the good folks at MileHighComics.com:

In 2009, Moonstone's Kolchak Tales Annual issue #1 features Willie (now a brunette & apparently unable to open his mouth or express emotions) frenquently in the first story: 'Interview with a Vampire?'

For the revival series, Innovation put out 9 issues before going out of business in 1993. Having seen only 4 of these comics, I think they're actually rather well done. Overall everyone's dialogue is in character & the art looks on model (although rather stiff, like the artist was just working with a few stills of each person). Just I feel it would have been better if the focus had remained on the established characters instead of constantly introducing new people into the storyline.

Revival Willie (or 'Goofy Willie' as I privately refer to him) seems to make an appearence in nearly every issue of this apdatation. I've taken a few scans from 5-8 (or the Book II storyline) for your viewing.
